When asked to describe their relationship or experience with the West Valley in one word, Phoenix West Commercial professionals responded with the following: love, heritage, responsive.

“We are excited to be a part of this community and work with the people here; it’s what we love to do,” said Bobbie Mastracci, CCIM, SIOR, Designated Broker/Principal of Phoenix West Commercial.

Bobbie and two of her brokers, Brandy Braveboy and Sandy Griggs, took part in an event sponsored by WESTMARC, the “West Valley Open for Business Virtual Tour.” WESTMARC, the Western Maricopa Coalition, is a public/private partnership of the 15 communities, business community and educational sector in the West Valley.

Phoenix West Commercial showcased The Fields at Verrado in the City of Buckeye.

Located in the DMB development of Verrado at 4162 and 4175 N. Pioneer Dr., The Fields at Verrado brings much-needed professional space – primarily for the healthcare sector – to the area. The site boasts a professional Class A medical/office park totaling 40,000 square feet.

Bailey Orthodontics occupies about 5,500 SF in Building 1; NorthWest Valley Oral Maxillofacial & Facial Cosmetic Surgery occupies 5,000 SF in Building 2. Future plans call for Buildings 3 and 4; each will total about 20,000 SF.

“An abundance of new homes surrounds The Fields at Verrado,” Sandy said. “More are coming. Indian School Road will be six lanes and Jackrabbit Trail will be four lanes. This is a clear indication of growth in that area. A Fry’s has broken ground. Adjacent to the site is Verrado High School. A pediatric dentist will welcome this growth.”

Bobbie said Phoenix West Commercial was enlisted to help Dr. Spencer Bailey and Dr. Bradley Hammond establish a second business in Buckeye. They each have an office in Surprise.

“It was a true collaborative effort for two doctors who wanted to build for their retirement,” Bobbie said. “Phoenix West Commercial facilitated the hiring of a project manager; each doctor secured an SBA loan; and we were established as the exclusive broker.”

Brandy reminded those on the virtual tour that Verrado has been named Best Place to Live by Arizona Foothills Magazine.

“There’s a different element Verrado brings to the residents there,” she said. “This includes signature events, the Verrado ‘Giving Tree’ and it has a great bond with local non-profits. It’s not just about the buildings that come with the location. It’s all about the community. We’re proud to be a part of it.”

Phoenix West Commercial thanks WESTMARC CEO Sintra Hoffman and the City of Buckeye for an opportunity to showcase The Fields at Verrado.
