PHOENIX, ARIZ. (July 14, 2021) – The Central Arizona chapter of CCIM, commercial real estate’s global standard for professional achievement, is pleased to announce a trio of in-person events kicking off with a chapter lunch meeting.
>> Lunch meeting: The lunch meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, August 4, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Pitch, 6350 E. Thomas Road in Scottsdale. The topic is “Transportation Update – Keeping the Region Moving.
Speakers will discuss the $785 million project to widen the Broadway Curve and Phoenix Sky Harbor improvement plans. Speakers will be Quinn Castro with the Maricopa Association of Government and Jordan Feld with the City of Phoenix Aviation Department. Registration fee, which includes lunch, is $35 for chapter members and $50 for non-members.
>> Happy hour: On Thursday, August 12, the chapter will co-host the CCIM/IREM Happy Hour and Bowling from 4 to 7 p.m. at Skylane Bowling, 7320 E. Indian Plaza in Scottsdale. It is a members-only event. Registration fee is $25 and includes two drink tickets and food. It is limited to 40 spots.
>> Golf outing: The chapter will host its annual Par-Tee on the Green on Thursday, November 18, at Papago Golf Course, 5595 E. Karsten Way in Phoenix. It features a 7:30 a.m. shotgun start for the 9-hole golf scramble. The Par-Tee on the green runs from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Events include a putting contest, longest drive contest and BBQ lunch. Registration fee for the golf scramble/ParTee is $275 per individual. Registration fee for a foursome (it includes both events) is $1,000. The Par-Tee only event is $125 per individual.
