PHOENIX, ARIZONA (June 12, 2019): NAI Horizon represented the tenant in a long-term lease for a furniture importer at 9310 W. Buckeye Road, in Tolleson, Arizona.
NAI Horizon Senior Vice Presidents Isy Sonabend represented International Furniture Direct of Houston, Texas, in a new lease totaling $1.63 million.
“International Furniture Direct has doubled its footprint in Phoenix to meet the increasing demands for their product lines in the U.S.,” Sonabend said. “IFD is engaged in a long-term strategy of growth in Arizona while expanding its territorial reach.
International Furniture Direct, a case goods manufacturer with two factories in Mexico, is taking up 48,000 SF of a 250,000-SF industrial building in the much sought-after Southwest Phoenix submarket. Its product lines include dining and bedroom furniture, entertainment units, occasional tables, consoles, bars, barstools and more.
IFD occupies four U.S. warehouses strategically situated in Phoenix, Houston, Atlanta and Chicago.
The landlord, First Industrial c/o Merit Partners, Inc., of Scottsdale was represented by Steve Bodeman of Daum Commercial.
