TEMPE, ARIZ. (November 20, 2024) – W&W Structural Inc., a woman-owned full-service structural steel contractor, is pleased to announce that it has named industry expert Jacey Sutton as Business Development Director.
Sutton’s primary responsibilities at W&W Structural are to strengthen existing relationships, develop and build new key relationships, drive new opportunities, and increase profitability.

Sutton is very active in the Valley’s commercial real estate industry as a member of numerous organizations. They include the Arizona Subcontractors Association (ASA), Arizona Builders Alliance (ABA), National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC), AZCREW, and Valley Partnership. Sutton is a member of the first graduating class of the Valley’s BD Guild.
Born and raised in Alexandria, Louisiana, Sutton is involved with numerous Valley charities. She has served on the board of directors for Leader Dogs for the Blind, is a member of the Valley Partnership Community Project Committee, and volunteers at Sunshine Acres in Mesa. She rappelled down the face of CityScape’s 27-story glass building in Downtown Phoenix three times, benefitting Special Olympics.
Away from the office, Sutton enjoys hiking, learning to play pickleball, and spending time with her daughter and two grandsons.
W&W Structural was founded in 1987. Its service lines include steel detailing, steel fabrication, steel erection, and steel management. Project experience is in healthcare, hospitality, transportation, education, federal work, industrial, office, recreation, religious, and retail.
