TEMPE, ARIZ. (June 11, 2024) – Industry expert Isaac Maraspini has been hired as Project Manager in the Arizona office of construction management firm CG Schmidt.
A native of California, Maraspini possesses a wealth of knowledge in construction, healthcare construction, restoration construction, project management, and project estimating. Maraspini also has experience as a biomedical equipment engineer.
As Project Manager Maraspini will plan, organize, and control all resources (people and materials) for the successful execution of a project. He will lead project teams in the construction of projects ensuring project quality, schedule, cost control, safety, and customer satisfaction objectives are met.
Maraspini joins CG Schmidt from ATI Restoration, where he served as Construction Manager. He previously worked as Project Manager for HonorHealth and Banner Health. Maraspini is a 14-year veteran of the U.S. Air Force, having served as a biomedical equipment engineer and beginning his career in a support role for medical construction.

Maraspini earned an MBA from Grand Canyon University in 2021. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration (healthcare) from Wayland Baptist University in Plainview, Texas.
Maraspini and his wife Stephanie have four children and three grandchildren. Away from the office he enjoys spending time in the outdoors hiking, rafting, horseback riding, swimming, and riding dirt bikes.
