Rendering of Culdesac in Tempe.

PHOENIX, ARIZONA (Feb. 2, 2022) – AZCREW, the commercial real estate organization that exists to transform the industry by advancing women globally, presents a discussion of Culdesac in Tempe, a unique car-free development.

Leaders from Culdesac will discuss zoning and special regulations for a car-free neighborhood as well as compare Culdesac with more traditional models.
Featured speakers scheduled to appear include Erin Boyd, Culdesac Government Relations & External Affairs Lead; Ryan Johnson, Culdesac Co-Founder & CEO; and
Caroline Lerner Perel, Culdesac Head of Real Estate (joining virtually from Dallas.)

The program is scheduled for Feb. 22 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., at Little Cholla, 1330 S. River Drive in Tempe (located on the western side of the project site). Networking and a boxed lunch are from 11:30 a.m. to noon. The program is from noon to 1 p.m.
