     PHOENIX, ARIZONA (October 29, 2019) — BOMA Greater Phoenix, the industry group that advances the commercial real estate industry through advocacy, influence, and knowledge, elected its 2020 officers and board members via paper ballots at the recent annual meeting.

Robert Vincent, RPA, Cordia Capital Management, was elected President. He is joined by Vice President Michael Chadwick, ViaWest Group; Secretary/Treasurer Marty Brook, CPM, R.E., Metro Commercial Properties; and Allied Chair Chris Gannon, Transcend Security Solutions.

“I’m so proud to have this opportunity to humbly serve BOMA Phoenix again as your President for 2020,” Vincent said. “I’m honored and humbled to serve this great organization and to deliver measurable results for our membership. I’m looking forward to continue raising the bar of excellence, integrity and accountability. I challenge each member to be a part of something bigger than themselves and to invest into an organization that has a return on investment of more than mere dollars.

“It’s been said that commercial real estate is all about relationships. At BOMA Phoenix, relationships are established over long term among industry professionals,” Vincent said.

Board members for 2020: Patti Brown CPM, RPA, Ryan Companies; Dan Porter, Paragon Services; Kathryn Rhinehart, CPM, RPA, LEED, Southwest Davis Management; Gilbert Romero, Transwestern; Melissa Scott, CMCA, AMS, Sunbelt Holdings; and Nate Williams, Pro-Serv Commercial Cleaning. The board will elect its governor.

BOMA Greater Phoenix wraps up the year on Wednesday, Dec. 11, at 3:30 p.m., with a holiday membership event at the Arizona Biltmore. BOMA will honor its top volunteers for their efforts in 2019.
