PHOENIX, ARIZ. (December 9, 2024) — BOMA Greater Phoenix, the industry group that advances the commercial real estate industry through advocacy, influence, and knowledge, is ending the year on a high note, electing its 2025 officers and board members and hosting its annual Awards Gala.
Kathryn Rhinehart, CMP, RPA, LEED GA, with NAI Horizon, will serve her second term as President in 2025. Rhinehart is joined by Vice President Amanda Forsmo, LEED AP O+M, Ryan Companies; Treasurer Carrie Scott, Allegis Group, Inc.; and Allied Chair Mary Crowder, SERVPRO of North Tempe. The incoming Board Governor will be voted in by the new board.

BOMA Greater Phoenix held its 2024 Fall Gala Member Awards Dinner last month at The Clayton House in Scottsdale. Members were honored in 10 categories. They were:
