GOODYEAR, Ariz. (Jan. 5, 2026) – Estrella is excited to announce its upcoming New Home Tour Event, Celebrating Estrella Through the Decades, taking place on Saturday, January 24, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The event will begin at the Presidio Residents’ Club, 18209 W. Calistoga Drive, Goodyear, and extend throughout Estrella’s builder neighborhoods, offering guests a full day of entertainment, family fun, and the opportunity to explore more than 50 new homes.
Lennar and Richmond American Homes will debut their new neighborhoods, providing an opportunity for visitors to view their new models and floor plans as they enjoy decade-themed food, free raffles, live karaoke, outdoor games, and costume contests.
This one-of-a-kind celebration will highlight the signature Estrella community spirit, which began in the late 1980s and continues to grow, with nearly 8,500 homes sold to date. The event is free, and features live music by Eleeza & Band, free play on old-school arcade games, and self-tours to 10 neighborhoods and more than 50 models.
Guests will enjoy a nostalgic journey through the decades while discovering the latest in new home design and builder incentives. Event highlights include:
