     PHOENIX, ARIZ. (May 12, 2020): Five property sales in the Valley – three office buildings and two industrial buildings – totaling almost $11 million highlight recent deals closed by NAI Horizon professionals.

Sale Transactions:

Lane Neville and Logan Crum negotiated a sale of the Corbins Electric corporate headquarters, a 52,744 SF industrial building, representing the buyer, Staffield Family, LLC, for $7 million. The property is located at 4829 S. 38th St., Phoenix, AZ. The seller, ML Commercial Properties, was represented by Clint Hardison and Blake Hardison with Keyser.

 Dylan Whitwer, Don Morrow and Laurel Lewis negotiated a sale of a 4,501 SF office condo representing the Seller, M Brothers Troon, LLC for $1.275 million. The property is located at 10031 E. Dynamite Blvd. Ste: 260-270, Scottsdale, AZ. The Buyer, Cloverssen, LLC was represented by Marty Rader with DFW Realty Partners.

Jay Olson and Rick Foss negotiated a sale of a 14,987 SF industrial building representing the Buyer, Amelio C. Enterprises, Inc. for $1.161 million. The seller, QLS, LLC was represented by Bill Swirtz & Chris Reese with Colliers International.

John Filli negotiated a sale of a 10,308 SF office-retail complex representing the Seller, Global Financial & Trading, LLC for $1.035 million. The property is located at 746 & 788 W. Guadalupe Road, Gilbert, AZ. The Buyer, WNDG, LLC was represented by Julie Harris & Jennifer Hill will Diversified Partners, LLC.

Joan Krueger negotiated a sale of a 2,089 SF office building representing the Seller, Valencia Executive Suites for $351,000. The property is located at 1635 N. Greenfield Road, Building 3, Mesa, AZ. The Buyer, Gem Office Suites, was represented by Grafton Milne with Menlo Group Commercial Real Estate.

 Laurel Lewis and Dylan Whitwer negotiated a sale of a 2,199 SF office condo representing the Seller, Troon, LLC, for $131,940. The property is located at 10031 E. Dynamite Blvd., Building E, Scottsdale, AZ. The Buyer, Borden Properties, LLC was represented by Jeff Woudenberg with Woudenberg Properties.
