Sale Transactions:
Denise Nunez and Victoria Filice negotiated the sale of a 150,260 SF storage and RV building, representing the seller, Vault at Riggs Road, LLC for $25.5 million. The property is located at 12220 E. Riggs Road, Chandler, AZ. The buyer, VRR-1, LLC, was self-represented.
Chris Gerow, Gabe Ortega and Shelby Tworek negotiated the sale of a 7,000 SF building, representing the sellers, Joseph DeSalvo & Karen Morawsky for $2.35 million. The property is located at 3235 W. State Route 89A. The buyer, Arizona Water Co., was self-represented.
Joan Krueger negotiated the sale of a 6,077 SF office building, representing both the buyer, Ocotillo Gold, LLC, and seller, Lone Butte, LLC, for $1.75 million. The property is located at 3125 S. Price Road, Bldg. 3, Chandler, AZ.
Thomas A. Smith negotiated the sale of church property, representing both the seller, Celebration Lutheran Church, and tenant, HOH Investment Group, LLC, for $1.425 million. The property is located at 8726 W. Olive Ave., in Peoria.
