With demand for strategic healthcare facilities at an all-time high, the team is actively presenting prime development opportunities for purchase or a structured joint venture. - ±4.59 acres at W/SWC 107th Avenue and McDowell Road, Avondale, Arizona; sold for $2.8 million, strategic development land;
- Baseline Medical Plaza: 39,315 SF, Gilbert, Arizona; sold for $11.9 million, medical office building;
- La Cholla Medical Center: 67,731 SF, Tucson, Arizona; sold for $13.5 million, medical office building.
