North Metal & Chemical Co. acquired the property as part of its continued growth throughout the Metro Phoenix market. The company is relocating operations from a smaller leased facility in Queen Creek to the newly purchased Tempe location, providing additional capacity and a more centralized position within the Valley.

Constructed in 1997, the tilt-concrete building is designed to support a variety of industrial and manufacturing operations.
