With 20 years of industry experience, he brings deep market insight, trusted client relationships, and a proven track record of expanding LevRose’s reach across the Valley.

Baumgardner joined LevRose in 2017 after 14 years at CoStar as Regional Director of Sales. He garnered numerous accolades while at CoStar, including the prestigious 2011 Top Performer award and several “President’s Club” honors. While at Co-Star, he skillfully managed teams across Arizona, New Mexico, and Utah, forging strong client relationships while pursuing new business opportunities.
A native of Michigan, Baumgardner earned a Bachelor of Science degree in international business from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan. He serves on the Board of Directors for REIAC Southwest.
Away from the office, Baumgardner enjoys spending time with his wife (in luxury residential real estate) and two daughters. He coaches one of his daughters in softball as she prepares to play in college. An avid golfer, Baumgardner balances his professional life with family, community involvement, and outdoor activities such as skiing and hiking, all while prioritizing health and fitness.
