Sale Transactions:

Michael Gaida negotiated the sale of a 26,664 SF office building for $4.5 million representing the seller, Oro Valley Holdings, LLC. The property is located at 1119 E. Rancho Vistoso Blvd., Oro Valley, AZ. The buyer, Sun City Oro Valley Community Association was self-represented.

Matt Harper, CCIM, negotiated the sale of an 8,149 SF retail building for $1.1 million representing the seller, Richard H. Ong. The property is located at 4334-4344 N. 7th Ave., Phoenix, AZ. The buyer, Melrose Cooperative, LLC, was represented by Dallin Pace with J & J Commercial Properties.arH

Matt Harper, CCIM, negotiated the sale of a 1,482 SF retail building for

$400,000 representing the seller, Jose Castorena. The property is located at 1813 & 1815 W. Indian School Road, Phoenix, AZ. The buyer, Glamour Moderno Beauty Salon, LLC, was represented by Belinda W. Li with My Home Group.

Lease Transactions:

Isy Sonabend and Drew Eisen represented the tenant, The Chef’s Warehouse West Coast, LLC, in a 123-month industrial lease for 46,339 SF at 3717 W. Washington, Phoenix, AZ. The landlord, CPT Condor Washington, LLC, was represented by Phil Haenel with Cushman & Wakefield.

Thomas Bean, CCIM, represented the tenant, Salt Dental Collective, in a 92-month office lease for 7,615 SF at 3200 E. Camelback Road, Phoenix, AZ. The landlord, 3200 East Camelback Road, LP, was represented by Ryan Timpani/Brett Thompson with JLL.
