Sales Transactions:
Jay Mininberg negotiated the sale of a 3,525 SF medical building for $790,000 representing the seller, Continuum CFG, LLC. The property is located at 3710 W. Greenway Road, Phoenix, AZ. The buyer, Abrio Investment Group, LLC, was represented by Dawn Rajda with Coldwell Banker Realty.
Laurel Lewis, SIOR and Dylan Whitwer negotiated the sale of a 1,377 SF office for $360,000 representing the seller, August Building Company, LLC. The property is located at 10031, E. Dynamite Blvd., Suite 135, Scottsdale, AZ. The buyer, Westroc Holding, LLC, was represented by Dylan Scott with Kidder Matthews.
