The property is located at 728 N. Monterey St., Gilbert, AZ. The buyer, Sundance Partners, LLC, was represented by David Young with NEXUS Commercial Real Estate.
Laurel Lewis and Rick Foss negotiated the sale of an 8,800 SF industrial building, representing the seller, Aldante 1, LLC, for $1.2 million. The property is located at 2901 W. Clarendon, Phoenix, AZ. The buyer, Mora REI LLC, was represented by KC Smith with Gentry Real Estate.
Joan Krueger negotiated the sale of 3.5 acres representing the seller, Lead Charter Schools, for $615,000. The property is located at NWC Crismon Road and Adobe Road, Mesa, AZ. The buyer, Nexstar Homes was represented by Will French with Cushman & Wakefield.
