PHOENIX, ARIZ. (Feb. 17, 2022) – Two land deals totaling more than 15 acres and the sale of a retail building highlight deals recently closed by NAI Horizon professionals. NAI Horizon Senior Vice President Matt Harper, CCIM, closed the three deals that fetched $2 million.

Sale Transactions:

Matt Harper, CCIM, negotiated the sale of 4.2 acres of land representing the buyer, Andilink Holdings, LLC, for $1.125 million. The property is located at 18969 W. McDowell Road, Buckeye, AZ. The seller, MPPD Holdings, LLC, was represented by Skip Corley with Daum Commercial.

Matt Harper, CCIM, negotiated the sale of 2,760 SF retail building representing the seller, IEMAD, LLC for $490,000. The property is located at 4243 W. Bethany Home Road, Phoenix, AZ.  The buyer, Jose DeJesus Castorena Oropeza & Jesus Miguel Ochoa Sarabia were self-represented.

Matt Harper, CCIM, negotiated the sale of 11.134 acres of land representing the buyer EAA Investment Group, LLC, for $445,360. The property is located at SEC Frontier and Houser Eloy, AZ. The seller, T.E.S. Farms, was represented by Ken Reycraft with Insight Land and Investments.

Lease Transactions:

Chris Gerow, Shelby Tworek, Gabe Ortega and Mark Wilcke represented the tenant, Le NID USA, in a 61 ½-month industrial lease for 38,088 SF at 4615 W. McDowell Road, Phoenix, AZ. The landlord, Irwindale Properties, LLC, was represented by Don MacWilliam with Collier International.

Laurel Lewis and Tom Bean, CCIM, represented the landlord, State Bar of Arizona, in a 60-month office lease for 5,300 SF at 4201 N. 24th St., Phoenix, AZ. The tenant, Data Monster, LLC, was self-represented.

Thomas Smith represented the landlord, Happy Valley II LLC and South Buckeye and Avondale LLC, in a 60-month lease for 6,670 SF at 8726 West Olive Ave., Peoria, AZ.  The tenant, Calvary Chapel Arrowhead, was represented by Janel Wangsness with Keyser and Earle Shroyer with Realty Executives as referring broker.

Chris Gerow, Shelby Tworek and Gabe Ortega represented the landlord, STR FUND X, LLC, in a 120-month retail lease for 1,650 SF at 1335 S. Alma School Road, Mesa, AZ. The tenant, ISP2 AZ, LLC, was represented by Kenzie Mitchell with Phoenix Commercial Advisors.

Kevin Higgins represented the landlord, Bogle Family Realty LLLP, in a 72-month office lease for 2,945 SF at 7227 N. 16th St., Phoenix, AZ 85020. The tenant, Accram, Inc., was represented by Laurel Lewis with NAI Horizon.
