     PHOENIX, ARIZONA (September 21, 2020) – With a high demand for medical office space despite a national health crisis, the Phoenix Kidder Mathews healthcare team recently negotiated two leases on behalf of the landlord totaling 15,704 SF at Thunderbird Paseo Medical I and II in Glendale, Arizona.

The team of Senior Vice President Michael Dupuy and Vice President Rachael Thompson represented Ventas, Inc. (Landlord) and PMB Real Estate Services (Managing Agent).  Banner Health and Glendale Obstetrics and Gynecology will join other tenants at the two-story medical office buildings at 5601 and 5605 W. Eugie in Glendale on the campus of Banner Thunderbird Medical Center.

Banner is leasing 13,049 SF and Glendale Obstetrics and Gynecology is leasing 2,655 SF.
