Mastracci said leadership and mentoring are two pillars upon which her firm is built. It takes a leadership role as a company in the West Valley and she has personally focused on that submarket as her area of specialty since 2006.

“We close deals all over the state and throughout the country in collaboration with other brokers,” Mastracci said. “We do close many deals outside of the West Valley, but that is where our leadership lies.”

Mastracci said her goal is to have groups of three to four brokers in each property type. The company currently has eight professionals at its office at 125 S. Avondale, Blvd., Suite 100.
“I don’t want one sector to be the lead or be known as a particular sector brokerage,” she said. “If we started with a senior agent with experience that could then recruit junior agents to work under and with them, that would be ideal.”

“With the changes we have in place offering more service and less fees, I think we will have better success in retention,” Mastracci said. “Commercial real estate is a full-time profession and one needs an entrepreneurial spirit to be a top producer or even succeed.”
Mastracci is an advocate for membership in the various industry groups. She has served twice as president of the Central Arizona CCIM Chapter; was CCIM Region II vice president overseeing and supporting 11 chapters for a two-year term; and is co-founder (in 2007) of the West Valley Commercial Real Estate Group.
