PHOENIX, ARIZ. (May 19, 2020) – A much-needed multi-family residential housing community is coming to Sedona, Arizona, with the opening of Piñon Lofts Apartments.
Piñon Lofts will offer 45 new Energy Star-certified apartment homes in four different floor plans consisting of one- and two-bedroom apartments. Keith Holben, President of MK Company Inc., owner of Piñon Lofts, had the environment in mind when developing this community.

Piñon Lofts, 10 Piñon Drive in Sedona, will welcome residents at the beginning of June. The $11 million community totals 43,260 SF and sits on 2.26 acres. It is being developed by Pinon-Lofts, LLC of Scottsdale.
The construction team includes BFL Construction Company/Hope Construction; BMA Architecture (Brian Andersen); and major subcontractors Kuhl’s Electric of Phoenix; SOLLiD Cabinetry of Tempe, AZ; and Rocky Construction of Camp Verde, Arizona.
