    PHOENIX, ARIZONA (June 6, 2023) – Recent deals closed by NAI Horizon professional deals spanned the Southwest and the state of Arizona to the tune of more than $19 million. They included an RV resort in Utah, land in Eloy, and a flex building in Phoenix.

Sale Transactions:

Andrew Warner negotiated the purchase of Zion River RV Resort for $17.68 million, representing the buyer, Haley Harrison Hospitality, LLC. The property is located at 551 UT-9, Virgin, Utah. Warner was assisted by Jason Griffith with NAI Excel. The seller was Zion RV Park, LLC, of Sacramento, California.

Matt Harper, CCIM, negotiated the sale of a flex building for $1.15 million, representing the buyer, Harris Investment Holdings, LLC. The property is located at 3141 W. Clarendon Ave., Phoenix, AZ. The seller, Good Star Investments, LLC, was represented by Chad Shipley with SVN Desert Commercial Advisors.
