     PHOENIX, ARIZONA (September 2, 2020) – The sales of three office buildings, a self-storage facility and a retail building totaling $11.3 million highlight recent deals closed by NAI Horizon professionals.

Sale Transactions:

Denise Nunez and Victoria Filice represented the seller, Lawhead Family, LLC; and secured the buyer, Vault at Riggs Road, LLC, in the $8.35 million investment sale of American Self Storage & Mail Center. The property is located at 12220 E. Riggs Road, Chandler, AZ.

Chris Gerow, Shelby Tworek, Gabe Ortega, Patrick Anthon and Laurel Lewis negotiated a sale of a 20,672 SF retail building representing the seller, Katz and Katz, LLC for $1.5 million. The property is located at 3216 E. Cactus Road, Phoenix, AZ. The buyer, Likey International Corp. was represented by Dave Freeman with HomeSmart.

Jay Mininberg, J.D. and Thomas Bean, CCIM negotiated the acquisition of a 2,824 SF office building representing the buyer, Valley Insurance Professionals, Inc. for $650,000.
