Matt Harper, CCIM negotiated a sale of a 1,916 SF retail building representing the Seller, Saul and Silvia Aranda for $220,000. The property is located at 203 E. Western Ave., Avondale, AZ. The buyer, Pot of Gold Estate Liquidators, LLC was self-represented.
