SCOTTSDALE, ARIZ. (Jan. 26, 2026) – Carol Schillne and Cole Schillne with ORION Investment Real Estate represented the tenant, a popular Colorado-based Asian restaurant concept, in a long-term lease.

The Schillne Retail Team represented JING of Denver, Colorado, in a retail lease at the Shea Scottsdale Shopping Center, 10605 N. Scottsdale Road, Suite 101, in Scottsdale.

The JING menu features a globally inspired menu with a focus on Asian cuisine, sushi, and Dim Sum, and a world-class wine selection, according to its website. It prides itself on using ingredients from locally sourced and organic farms.

The landlord, WR A Shea & Scottsdale, LLC, of Phoenix, was represented by Alex Clark with Common Bond.
