Bishop is a site selection and land expert with more than 20 years of experience in the Nashville real estate market. He is known for his insightful market analysis, evaluating the market, site, location, competition, population changes, politics, and legal landscapes that impact the value and potential of a parcel for development.
Bishop has facilitated sales with many of Nashville’s most recognized institutionally capitalized developers of multifamily, single-family, industrial, and commercial projects in Middle Tennessee. He brings expertise in site selection, land assemblage and entitlements to Land Advisors Organization’s Nashville team having facilitated more than $300M in real estate transactions over his career, comprised of over 7,000 acres of residential and commercial land.
