PHOENIX, ARIZ. (August 12, 2025) – Transact Commercial Interiors, renowned for shaping smart and highly functional spaces, is expanding its footprint with the launch of a new office in Salt Lake City, a move that signals the company’s continued momentum and commitment to regional growth.
Clare Owens will serve as Managing Director with a staff of four at the Utah office, headquartered at 215 S. State St., Suite 110, in Salt Lake City. Supporting the Utah office with regular visits have been company President + CEO Craig Scarpone and Vice President Lisa Tinnion, and architecture interior consultant Ron DeAgostine.
“We are incredibly excited to announce the opening of our second location in Utah, expanding our footprint beyond our headquarters in Phoenix. This marks a significant milestone in our journey as we continue to grow and serve our customers with the same passion and quality that have defined us from the beginning,” Scarpone said.
“Our success in Phoenix has been driven by strong relationships – with our customers, partners, and community – and we’re bringing that same relationship-first approach to the Utah market. We’ve already begun building meaningful connections in Utah, and we’re grateful for the warm welcome and shared values that make this expansion feel like a natural fit,” Scarpone added.
Transact Commercial Interiors is a partner with Teknion, which produces innovative and fashionable furniture for commercial, healthcare, education, multifamily, hospitality, and outdoor spaces. Its Architectural Interiors Expansion Casework+ offers modularity and adaptability for commercial and institutional settings. Teknion owns and operates its manufacturing facilities, making 95% of its product.
With this expansion, Transact is honored to serve as Teknion’s exclusive dealer in Utah, continuing the tradition of delivering exceptional products and experiences to clients throughout the region.
“Teknion is thrilled to celebrate the grand opening of Transact Commercial Interiors’ new showroom in Salt Lake City. Their expansion into Utah signifies Transact’s continued growth and commitment to providing exceptional design and furnishings to our joint clients,” said Doug Meyer, Teknion Vice President, U.S. Sales. “We are proud to partner with a team that consistently demonstrates such innovation and dedication to their clients. Congratulations to the entire Transact team.”

“We look forward to becoming an active part of the Utah business community, creating new jobs, and delivering exceptional service that both our Arizona and Utah customers can count on. This is more than just a new location; it’s an extension of who we are and what we believe in,” Scarpone said.
