PHOENIX, Ariz. (August 24, 2026) – Transcend Security Solutions, one of the nation’s largest and fastest-growing private security companies, is proud to announce the promotion of Michael “Mike” Hulsebos from Director of Operations to Vice President of Field Operations.
Hulsebos began his career with Transcend in December 2014 as a security professional. During his nearly 12 years with the company, he has served in virtually every level of field operations, gaining firsthand knowledge of the people, responsibilities, and operational standards required to deliver exceptional security services.
His progression from frontline security professional to executive leadership reflects his commitment to Transcend, its clients, and the security professionals he helps lead. Throughout his career, Hulsebos has developed a reputation for being dependable, solutions-oriented, and willing to step into any role necessary to support the company and its clients.
Hulsebos will provide executive leadership for Transcend’s field operations. His responsibilities will include strengthening operational consistency, supporting field leadership, improving service quality, driving accountability, and ensuring that Transcend’s security professionals receive the leadership and resources necessary to succeed.

Although Hulsebos will now serve as a member of Transcend’s Executive Leadership Team and contribute to the company’s strategic planning and decision-making, his current responsibilities will remain unchanged. He will continue leading Field Operations and overseeing the same operational priorities, teams, and initiatives he manages today.
This promotion expands his influence within the organization and recognizes the leadership he already provides; it does not remove him from the day-to-day operational work where his experience, judgment, and relationships continue to deliver significant value.
A native of Phoenix, Hulsebos is a member of ASIS International, the world’s largest association for security management professionals. His involvement with ASIS reflects his ongoing commitment to professional development and industry excellence.
Outside of work, Hulsebos enjoys motorsports, automotive fabrication, four-wheeling, hiking, and building projects of all kinds. He has always enjoyed working with his hands, learning new skills, and taking on new challenges. Most importantly, he values spending time with his family.
