PHOENIX, Ariz. (July 29, 2026) – triARC architecture & design has three powerful reasons to celebrate in 2026: the move into its newly renovated headquarters at 3333 E. Indian School Road, the firm’s 20th anniversary, and Principal Owner Jill Hamblen’s 33rd year of practicing architecture.
The Phoenix-based architecture and design firm officially moved into its new home on June 15, marking a significant milestone in the company’s evolution. The relocation comes just weeks before triARC celebrates the anniversary of its founding on August 1, 2006, creating a fitting backdrop for reflecting on two decades of growth, collaboration, and design excellence.
Adding a memorable touch to the milestone is the firm’s new address: 3333 E. Indian School Road, a fitting coincidence as Hamblen celebrates 33 years in the profession.
The new headquarters is a comprehensive redevelopment of an existing structure that was taken down to its core and reimagined into a modern workplace tailored specifically to triARC’s culture and future. The project encompasses 6,000 SF, including a 2,000 SF enclosed courtyard, representing an investment of $1 million.
Owned by Jill and Dave Hamblen, the project gave the triARC team a rare opportunity to experience the development process from the client’s side of the table. triARC architecture & design served as architect of record; LOR Construction, LLC served as general contractor.
“It’s one thing to understand what a developer goes through; it’s another to experience it firsthand. We learned so many valuable lessons,” Jill Hamblen said. “Every decision mattered because it was our project, our vision and our investment. That perspective will continue to make us better partners for our clients.”
Designed by the Hamblens and the triARC team, the office was conceived as more than just a workplace. The space was created to embody the firm’s collaborative culture, showcase its design philosophy, and support future growth. Interior spaces include three conference rooms, two private phone booths, a wellness room, an employee breakroom, a materials library, and a parent room.
The team commemorated the move with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, a celebratory toast, and the inevitable unpacking that accompanies any relocation.
“The space feels good. It fits who we are and what we do and will allow us to grow the firm. To build an office for us and by us has been such a rewarding experience,” Jill Hamblen said.
While the new office represents the firm’s future, the 20th anniversary provides an opportunity to recognize the people who helped shape its past.
