Ground-up amenity center brings a 4,032 SF clubhouse, resort-style pool, and outdoor gathering spaces at Arroyo Verde.

BUCKEYE, Ariz. — Wespac Construction has completed the Arroyo Verde Clubhouse and Amenity Center for AMH Development, LLC, in Buckeye, Arizona. The new 4,032 SF clubhouse and surrounding recreation areas give residents a central space to gather, exercise and enjoy outdoor amenities.

Wespac served as general contractor for the ground-up project, working alongside AMH Development and BSB Design to coordinate construction of the clubhouse, pool, and site improvements.

“AMH Development is grateful to have partnered with Wespac on our amenity building. Wespac proved to be reliable, professional, and an honest organization. The project finished with high quality, on time and within budget. We will miss working with each of them and look forward to partnering on the next project,” said James Bruner, VP – Land Development, AMH Development.

The project required close coordination of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical details and careful review of submittals and shop drawings.  The team also worked through project-specific inspection requirements in Buckeye while coordinating construction across the clubhouse and outdoor amenities.

“Arroyo Verde required extra coordination around mechanical, plumbing, and electrical details, particularly as we worked through inspection requirements in Buckeye. By paying close attention to the plans, submittals, and shop drawings and staying in close contact with our trade partners, we were able to address issues in the field and deliver the completed amenity center for AMH and its residents,” said David Rich, Senior Project Engineer, Wespac Construction.

The project team included AMH Development, LLC, as owner; BSB Design; and Wespac Construction as general contractor. Construction was completed in August, 2026.
